You may request a full refund within 30 days of the purchase / order completion date if the software is not a fit. This applies to the first paid period of a Castskope SaaS subscription.

Who handles returns

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

After 30 days

Cancel anytime to stop the next renewal. Fees already billed after the 30-day window are not refundable except where required by law or approved by Paddle.
